Pierce County Economic Development is pleased to highlight the leadership of Judith Stanton, who has served as Executive Director since April 1, 2026. Stanton brings a strong professional background to the role, holding a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State College and operating Grant Administration & Consulting LLC, where she writes grants for municipalities and nonprofits nationwide. Her expertise in funding development directly supports the county’s long term growth and community investment goals.
Since stepping into the position, Stanton has focused on meeting small businesses, attending city council and chamber meetings, and engaging with residents across Pierce County. Her outreach ensures that local voices guide economic development priorities.

Stanton is actively collaborating with community partners on key projects, including the City of Osmond swing set improvement project with the Parks Board and the City of Plainview trails project surrounding the baseball and softball fields. These initiatives strengthen recreation, enhance public spaces, and support quality of life for families throughout the county.
