Plainview Economic Development Awarded $452,000 Housing Grant

The City of Plainview was awarded a $452,000 Nebraska Housing Trust Fund Grant by the Nebraska Department of Economic Development to construct 4 townhomes. These townhomes will be located north of Plainview in the communities newest housing subdivision.  Each unit will be 1300 square feet and will feature a 2 car garage, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and maintenance free living. Construction on this $900,000 project is expected to begin in March 2021.
